Bedrooms: ( 1 bedrooms on ground floor and 2 bedrooms on first floor and 3 bedrooms on second floor )
- All bedrooms have air-conditioners
- Some bedrooms have balconies. 
- All bedrooms have a double bed. Extra mattresses can be provided on request
- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms

Living Room:
- The living room is located on the ground floor
- ⁠The living room does not have an AC 
- It's spacious and has a seating arrangement for 10-15 people
- A TV, music system, Wi-Fi are available in the living area . 
- A few indoor games like table tennis, carrom and snooker, chess .

Bathrooms:
- The villa has 6 private bathroom.
- All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply
- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided
 
Kitchen:
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, a water purifier, induction. 
- ⁠Dining area is located on ground floor. 
- Cooking of non-vegetarian food is allowed, however, ordering from restaurants and consumption is allowed.
- Crockery is available for 15 people.
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.

Meals:
- Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, HI Tea and dinner are offered subject to availability.
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
- The meals will be delivered to the villa.
- Guests may eat out or opt for the meal package.
- In the rare scenario that the meal packages are unavailable, ordering in will be permitted.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.

Pool and Lawn:
- The villa has a private pool, a turf and small lawn with playing area for kids.
- Pool size: 14ft * 23ft a depth of 4.5 ft .
- Guests are advised to be very cautious, especially with children
- Events can be organized at an additional cost with prior notice.
