  • Indoor smoking (inside rooms, toilets & lobby) is strictly prohibited.
  • Any damage to property or furniture inside the property will be chargeable.
  • Late checkout will be charged extra. (2000/-) will be deducted from the deposit.
  • Customers are requested to follow the check-in (02:00PM) and check-out (11:00AM) time strictly.
  • We are not responsible for any illegal activity or loud music that is caught by the police.
  • All Pending payments need to be paid at the time of check-in at the Villa.
  • Swimming Costume is mandatory for entering in the pool.
  • Food and drinks not allowed inside the swimming pool.
  • Caretakers are available from 9.30am till 10:00pm only.
  • Pets not allowed
  • Balance payments to be made only in cash at check-in
